Shant Khajadourian

Clinical Director

Shant Khajadourian serves as the Clinical Director for Gloria Rehab, where he oversees all clinical services and leads a team of specialists who provide intensive care and treatment for all patients working to overcome substance use and previous trauma. Shant earned his Bachelor of Science in psychology from University of California, Berkeley and his Master of Social Welfare from University of California, Los Angeles. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and brings robust experience in utilizing evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and has worked with dual diagnosis patients in a variety of settings. He has over 16 years’ experience in mental health services and nearly a decade of experience working in high-risk environments, helping hundreds of individuals in crisis keep themselves safe and seek additional treatment.

Dr. Courtney S. Scott

Medical Director
Dr. Courtney S. Scott attended the University of Southern California, where he received his medical degree from Keck School of Medicine, USC in 2006. With more than 13 years as a licensed physician with specialty in Emergency Medicine and Addiction Medicine, Dr. Scott has extensive experience in the substance abuse treatment and prevention field. Courtney understands the need for prevention, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and recovery for all individuals suffering from the constraints of substance abuse and the many co-occurring health conditions that accompany the disease. He has been working in the field of substance abuse for over 7 years as Medical Director for inpatient and outpatient substance abuse programs. Dr. Scott passionately continues his mission to educate individuals and their communities on how to achieve whole health by applying multiple forms of treatment with a holistic approach.

Hasmik Karapetyan

PMHNP, MSN, RN

Hasmik Karapetyan is a dedicated and motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Addiction Medicine. She attended the West Coast University, North Hollywood, CA in April, 2015- August 2020 where she received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing followed by her Masters of Science in Nursing. Hasmik continued at the National University in San Diego, CA in April 2021- where she received her Post Masters Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Degree in December 2021.

In May 2021-Present, she began her studies towards her Doctor of Nursing Practice at West Coast University in North Hollywood, CA. With more than 4 years as a licensed Nurse with specialty in Emergency Medicine and Addiction Medicine, Hasmik has extensive experience in the substance abuse treatment andi prevention field.

Hasmik understands the need for prevention, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and recovery for all individuals. She is strong in critical thinking skills and capable of assessing conditions and implementing appropriate interventions. Hasmik has been working in the field of substance abuse for over 4 years as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner/Addiction Medicine for inpatient and outpatient substance abuse programs.

Hasmik passionately continues her mission to diagnose and treat individuals suffering from substance abuse and co-occurring mental health conditions that accompany the disease.
